Carbon originated, led, structured, and completed the sale of Primal Strength – a leading UK strength equipment company, to Flywheel Partners – an independent investment firm which focuses on high growth businesses.
Primal Strength was founded in 2016 by Steven Rinaldi and has its headquarters in Glasgow. The company provides high quality strength equipment via B2B and D2C channels, specialising in home gym fit-outs, performance centres (including football clubs such as Celtic and Fulham) as well as commercial gyms.
Carbon structured a deal which saw the existing shareholders retain an equity stake in the company. Steven Rinaldi and Gianna Rinaldi will continue to drive the next phase of growth for the business.
