Carbon originated, led, structured, and completed the sale of Go Superfoods Limited - a leading producer and supplier of premium organic and ecological superfood products, to Humble Group - a Swedish food-tech and FMCG group.
Go Superfoods offers a wide range of organic superfoods to retail customers and distributors under its own brands: Green Origins, Rainforest Foods, and Puira, as well as offering ingredient wholesale and private label production. Go Superfoods is also the licence holder for the D2C brand “Sevenhills Wholefoods”.
The Company has established itself as a competitive superfoods supplier with a broad customer base, which includes specialist and nutrition retailers, distributors, food manufacturers and private consumers with approximately 80% recurring revenues.
Carbon structured a deal which saw the shareholders sell 100% of their equity, with Harry Singh retained as CEO.
