Carbon originated, led, structured, and completed the sale of ASE Professional Services – a provider of audit, assurance and tax services to the Automotive industry, to Armstrong Watson – a long-established independent firm of Accountants, Business and Financial Advisers.
Following the sale of ASE Global in April 2021, Carbon were engaged by the Shareholders of ASE Professional Services to explore a sale of the business and identified Armstrong Watson as a strategic buyer with plans to grow their presence in the Automotive sector.
Carbon structured a deal which saw the shareholders sell 100% of their equity, with the management team moving across into the wider Armstrong Watson Group to head up their expanding Automotive division.
