Carbon originated, led, structured and completed the sale of Sixty Stores – a multi-channel E-commerce retailer to Röko AB a – Sweden-based investment company with a perpetual investment horizon.
Sixty stores was founded in 2011 by Ben Styles, Will Letterese and Adrian styles and is located in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The company has a particular focus on E-commerce within the Home and Garden sector, operating eight authoritative websites including Sheds.co.uk.
Carbon structured a deal which saw the three founders together retaining 40% of the company. Ben Styles and Will Letterese will remain as Managing Directors of the business.
