Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant back in 2011. Seeking a fast paced environment, Peter went on to join Grant Thornton’s transaction advisory team working for various types of buyers. Peter then took this experience and the poacher became the gamekeeper as he began to act for entrepreneurs in the sale of their business, ultimately becoming a Director in a highly successful corporate finance boutique.
Peter has significant experience in advising entrepreneurs in the sale of their businesses between £10m and £100m. With over 10 years of industry experience, Peter has worked with businesses across a wide a range of sectors, completing deals with both trade and private equity investors, both in the UK and overseas.
