Josh graduated Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class degree in Business Enterprise and Marketing. Alongside his UK studies, Josh spent time at Hochschule Bochum and Universidad de Sevilla studying a wide range of subjects including business administration, marketing and accounting.
Before joining Carbon, Josh founded a digital advertising platform which allowed him to understand the relentless passion and determination that characterises an entrepreneur. Josh then moved to the dealing desk of a FTSE 250 investment company where he specialised in Corporate Actions, in particular, M&A. The combination of his previous work has given Josh the experience to excel in the identification and analysis of owner managed businesses in high growth industries.
